Inspired by the news that Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill would be resuming their roles as Princess Leia, Han Solo and Luke Skywalker for Star Wars Episode 7, Pennsylvania-based comic book artist and painter Phil Noto created this illustration.
It imagines what Hamill’s Skywalker might look like as a matured Jedi Master, rather than the fresh-faced young farm boy turned gallant warrior we were introduced to in Star Wars: A New Hope in 1977. Born in 1951, Hamill was 26ish when the first Star Wars movie was shot. He’ll be in his early 60s for Episode 7!!
I actually can’t wait to see the old gang back together again!
