There seems to be a trend of weightless weddings on the rise. Pun intended.

People are always finding new and exciting (and sometimes really strange) places to get married. Some couples want to be married inside of a shark tank. How about while bungee jumping? Or maybe while you’re flying in midair? Well, how about a wedding done in zero gravity?
Zero Gravity weddings are being sold through the company Zero G, which offers people the experience of getting hitched while not weighing a pound. How it works is that the plane reaches an altitude of 34,000 feet, then makes a descent to “create the zero gravity segment of the parabola [so that] for the next 20 – 30 seconds everything in the plane is weightless.” Wow, the thought of that totally doesn’t make me want to hurl. At all.
Here’s a video of the first couple having their weightless wedding back in 2009.
The price (according to this site) is currently $18,000 for a weightless wedding. For more information you can visit the Zero G site, or contact the company by emailing them at info@gozerog.com.
