Seriously, this might be the grossest thing I’ve ever seen. A man with a huge, abnormal growth in his abdomen has surgery to have it removed. Inside they find a gooey 40-pound mess that holds a dead fetus that had been his parasitic twin his entire life. The deformed, jumbled mass of bones and flesh that come out are too nasty for words.
