According to reports from the Canadian press, a group of animal rights activists tried to set up a sting to catch Luka Rocco Magnotta, the man accused of murdering his on-off lover Jun Lin, eating parts of his body and then mailing other parts to Canadian government officials.

The group who wanted to catch Magnotta after they had seen YouTube videos of the amateur porn-star torturing and murdering kittens was Rescue Ink, an interesting group based in Queens, N.Y. whose members are a mixed bunch including police officers, tattooed ‘street guys’ and military personnel!
