Last year a Swedish underwater exploration team Ocean X discovered a strange underwater anomaly in the Baltic Sea with their sonar. The object that they discovered looked strangely like a UFO and also bore more than a little resemblance to the infamous Millennium Falcon!

The Ocean X team are a Swedish company that search for old shipwrecks and sell their contents for profit, but they were so intrigued by the strange nature of this object that they discovered 285 feet below the surface of the Botnia Gulf, that they returned to the site to take photographs.

The 18.2m disc-shaped object rises up like a giant mushroom – between 3 and 4 meters above the seabed, it has rounded sides and rugged edges. It has an interesting oval shaped hole that leads into it from the top – almost as if it is some sort of opening. Continue Reading
