Madonna wants to make 2 year old Malawi’s Mercy James sister to her other Malawi child David Banda, whom she adopted in 2006.

She’s said to be renewing her bid for Mercy, but the child’s family is having none of it, they’re “not interested”.

Madonna’s first attempt to adopt the child was blocked last year, but in May she sent out aides who have been trying to persuade the family to let Mercy go.

But they want the baby back when she reaches 6 year of age.

We bet she wouldn’t mind postponing this…reaching the half century mark is not something Madonna would look forward to.

Now it appears Madonna may have a good reason to postpone the planned celebrations for her 50th birthday party on Saturday, because of a sprained left ankle.

According to reports from British tabloids, Madonna had planned to host a lavish do for around 50 select guests at her country estate in Wiltshire, but now it looks like she has to delay it for two weeks.

The full running order for Madonna’s Sticky And Sweet tour has been leaked and we have the full listing below.

Our guess is, the music list was probably leaked on purpose to promote the tour.

The Sticky And Sweet tour, which kicks off in Cardiff on August 23, is split into four parts by video interludes and will include dance samples with a video called Get Stupid, about saving the planet, is one of the breaks.

Yesterday Page Six claimed that Madonna ghost-wrote parts of Christopher Ciccone’s new controversial book in order to create a buzz to sell tickets for her tour, which hasn’t been selling so well.

But according to Perez Hilton’s sources, Madonna “100% did not ghost write her brother’s book about her, nor was she involved in any way.”

According to the newspaper, an unnamed man is claiming that he secretly taped Madonna and A-Rod romping and he is trying to sell the tape for a cool £1million.

The cameraman claims the footage was shot two months ago in an apartment owned by a friend of Madonna she knows through Kabbalah. This particular apartment was allegedly used by Madonna and A-Rod for their secret afternoon trysts.

The video man who is also a friend of Madonna’s friend.
