
Author of the infamous Harry Potter series, JK Rowling has had to apply for planning permission from the City of Edinburgh Council for the elaborate adventure treehouse she is having built for her children.
Usually treehouses are viewed as temporary structures and do not require planning permission but Rowling’s structure is a little bit different to your average treehouse.
