However, sometimes something so outlandish is made purchasable that you really have to stop, think, and ask yourself: “For the love of pie, why does this exist?”

This brings us to the point of this piece: Smart Pants. What are Smart Pants, you ask? Why they’re panties for your phone, of course.Continue Reading

In Russia This Is How We Destroy Chinese Knockoff iPhones!

fake iphone knockoff In Russia This Is How We Destroy Chinese Knockoff iPhones!

This short video that was uploaded by YouTuber lpoleschtschuk shows the gruesome fate that befell 127 knockoff Chinese iPhones.

Unfortunately I don’t have a hell of a lot of information about the details of this footage, but I’m assuming that the counterfeits were intercepted at the airport or docks. I’m just musing but perhaps the Russians made this video as a caution to the Chinese counterfeiters – a kind of ‘see what happens to your stuff when you try and sneak it into our country’ warning!

An excavator in the Amur region of Russia makes short work of the phony phones as they crumble and crack under the weight of the vehicle. Even though we know that the phones are fake, I’m sure most iPhone owners won’t be able to help cringing while they watch this! Continue Reading

Chris Bovis Faulty iPhone User Threatened With Bailiffs For £19,000 After “Excessive Internet Usage”

26-year-old Chris Bovis’ first sign that there was something wrong with his iPhone came when he was cut off by his mobile operators Orange without any warning and things were about to get a whole lot worse. Apparently a glitch in Bovis’ Apple device sent and received huge amounts of data that racked up a whopping £19,000 phone bill and when Orange tried to take the money out of his account, the bank blocked the transaction.

Bovis, a builder from Tilbury, Essex, contacted Orange when his phone was suddenly cut off. They told him that he owed them £8,900 and that his next bill was also due and that was an astonishing £10,000.

Bovis couldn’t believe it at first and assumed it was some kind of joke, he said: “My first reaction was to laugh as I just could not believe it but it stopped being funny when I realized they were not joking and were totally serious.”Continue Reading
