These two guys from Russia exceeded the speed limit and thought they’d be clever by pretending they’re Swiss tourists so they don’t have to pay the fine. Or so they thought..until the Ukrainian cop answered them back in English LOL

This Vacuum Really Sucks Or Not??
I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry at the duh moment in this video.
As you can see, a cleaning lady is totally doing the vacuuming wrong for an entire minute before she discovers that the hose wasn’t attached to the vacuum.
I don’t know, maybe it’s the new Samsung wireless vacuum. I think the dude in red probably thought so too.

Mental War Propaganda From North Korea
Because North Korea are such a secretive nation with such strong isolationist policies, the rest of the world doesn’t really know a lot about what goes on inside the policy makers heads. Often the little snippets of information that do leak out of North Korea either have us shocked and appalled at the treatment the people suffer at the hands of what is one of the most dictatorial regimes in the world, or laughing out loud at the preposterous nature of their propaganda!
Well check out this war propaganda video that was recently broadcast on North Korean television; which is where it all starts to get weird – you have to wonder why the government would make a video to broadcast on television when hardly anyone in the state owns a box! A completely futile endeavor – you could say!
Even if you can’t speak Korean, which it will come as no surprise to you, that I can’t, it’s not difficult to understand the underlying message in this clip. It shows army generals doing lots of shouting whilst topless soldiers in the background flex their rippling muscles and show off their ninja moves.
