Check out this awesomely epic phone snatching fail – this guy’s fail is so flamboyantly bad, that you almost find yourself feeling a tad sorry for the would-be thief.

The poor unassuming robber ponders the items for a few moments before grabbing a phone and darting for the exit, only to have his cunning plan foiled by the pesky security cord attached to the item. A man, who I will be referring to as the Lollipop Robber, walked into a Manhattan bank, threatened a clerk with a bomb, but left the establishment with nothing but a bunch of stolen lollipops after being given the runaround by a quick thinking clerk! Not really much of a consolation prize, if you think about it!

The hapless crook walked in to the Garment District branch of the Chase Bank at 10am and approached teller Melinda Lewis. The yet unidentified robber handed Lewis a note that stated, “I have a bomb. Give me some money now”.
He can’t have been especially convincing, because a cool, composed Lewis defiantly responded, “I do not read notes”, and passed the man a Chase withdrawal slip! Continue Reading

The Big Bay Boom’s Epic Fireworks Fail

Blink and you will miss the whole fireworks display.

Apparently “technical errors” caused San Diego’s ‘Big Bay Boom’ fireworks display on Wednesday night to be set off in 15-seconds instead of over the course of 15-minutes. The show even started 5 minutes early.

However, all was not lost, the 20 minutes of music that was supposed to accompany the fireworks kept playing…in complete darkness.

Romanian TV Reporter Caught Out In Fake Sand Storm Stunt!

A reporter from Romanian TV news channel Realitatea has become something of a national joke after a news clip of the reporter giving an account of a sandstorm appears to be totally fake!

The sandstorm did occur, however the story goes that the reporter missed the actual event and decided to get a member of the production team to help him recreate it for the viewers.

The reporter tells the viewers that the “the wind blows with incredible power” and as if that’s not dramatic enough for you, he also claims that there are times when “it is impossible to stand up.”
Then, and this is where the funny begins, the camera pans to the side and to the right of the reporter you can clear see a member of the production team enthusiastically kicking up the sand to create a sandstorm effect. Continue Reading
