That adorable little sheepskin coat clad IKEA monkey has been a busy boy over the last week or so. First he attracted the attention of the entire internet when he tried to do a spot of furniture shopping whilst sporting a stylish jacket, then he got his own IKEA Monkey – Monkey Jesus meme-merger and now it appears he’ll be making a court appearance too!

According to news reports from Toronto, an Ontario Superior Court will hear Yasmin Nakhuda’s (the owner of the IKEA monkey) claim that Toronto Animal Services “unlawfully” took her Japanese macaque after the insane scenes that took place in IKEA last week. Continue Reading
