Paris Hilton is being sued by the distributors of National Lampoon’s Pledge This! because she failed to carry out the ‘reasonable promotion and publicity,’ which was part of a $1 million contract she got paid for.

Worldwide Entertainment Group,the company behind the flopped film wants their $75,000 back.

The film went straight to DVD when it was released in 2006.

According to E!Online:

Per the lawsuit filed today in U.S. District Court in Miami, Hilton, who was also listed as an executive producer, owes $75,000 in damages for failing to provide “reasonable promotion and publicity” for the movie.
