Paris An Athlete?Remember Fila??? It was an athletic brand that was popular in the 80’s…well it’s attempting a comeback. And guess who their new “sports model” is? None other than Paris Hilton. I’m not denying that Paris has an incredible figure, but definitely not athletic. Unless dancing on tables or bar tops counts. I can’t even imagine the girl breaking a sweat.

Maybe Fila wants to change their image from “active wear” to “diva wear.” It is a pretty brilliant marketing scheme considering their name hasn’t been mentioned in years and now one of the most talked about “celebrities” is sporting their apparel.

It will be interesting to watch their numbers after this ad campaign is launched. Hopefully Fila will have better luck with Paris making their brand cool than Keds did with Mischa Barton. Time will tell…..
