Featured at Tokyo’s bi-annual Wonder Festival, is this strange little creation – the McDonald’s nyotaimori figurine. For those of you who don’t know, nyotaimori is the Japanese custom of eating sushi from the body of a naked woman. We didn’t think you could do it with McDonald’s but obviously the person who designed this little figurine lying strewn seductively across a range of McDonald’s goodies, thinks it should be an option! Tokyo’s celebrated Wonder Festival is a showcase for budding toy creators and artisans to showcase their spectacular, bizarre and just plain off the wall creations that are often bought for high prices by collectors. Major toy companies also use the festival to introduce their new products to the public.
