TMZ.com is reporting that Eva Mendes has been spending some time at the famed Cirque Lodge rehab in Sundance (same one as Lindsay Lohan) for substance abuse during the past few weeks.

This comes way out of left field. I don’t think I have ever even seen or heard of the actress partying.

It is also pretty impressive that she has been able to keep it under wraps for this long.

Hopefully, she gets the help she needs.
