Project Glass Team Make Grandiose Entrance To Google I/O Keynote

The audience at the Google I/O keynote presentation was treated to a surprise entrance by the Project Glass team who skydived their way onto the top of the Moscone Center and made their way into the conference yesterday.

Google co-founder Sergey Brin interrupted Social Chief Vic Gundotra to announce the spectacular entrance being made by the Project Glass team who all jumped out of a blimp wearing the innovative technology.

The video of their exploits was transmitted into the conference center for the audience to watch, and when the Project Glass team entered the hall (on bicycles of course) they were greeted with raucous applause.

Brin said that the Project Glass technology, which enables wearers to search information, watch videos, get directions, read texts or post on social networking sites via the hands-free headset, should be available to developers early next year.
