Miss U.S.A fell on her ass at Miss Universe competition

For the second year in a row, a Miss U.S.A. has fallen on her ass at the Miss Universe competition.
Crystle Stewart, 26 and standing at 5ft 10in tall tripped on her evening gown and ended up in a heap on the floor.
This year Miss Universe was held in Vietnam and was hosted by Spice Girl Mel B and US talk show host Jerry Springer.
Crystle, a motivational speaker and former track and field star from Texas, had made it through to the final 10 but did not reach the last five.
Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza was crowned Miss Universe in front of a TV audience estimated by organizers at one billion.
