The Happening was classified as a horror movie… big mistake Mr. Night Shyamalan. This movie is actually a hilarious entanglement of horribly flat characters and one of the silliest twists in movie history, ever.

So, the trailer looked pretty creepy, and made the movie look kinda scary. We were never sure what would be attacking the world. Maybe like… it was the Hulk or something!!

Well, not quite, but it was a big green thing! What big green thing!? Trees and plants… OMG!!!! Run!

Trees decide to take revenge on their biggest threat and release a biotoxin to kill off the “bad” humans. Yes… the trees know if you’ve been naughty or nice. If you’ve been naughty, some tree is gonna whack you.

It was funny how they decided to try to make a tree look evil. How do you do that? Add some wind and some dancing leaves and pan the camera towards them. Dun Dun Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Evil Tree!

Hilarious to the max was this movie, and I suggest if you go into the theater looking at it as a comedy, you might not.
