Writer-Director Zak Penn has left Endeavor to sign with CAA, and is currently rewriting a remake of The Dirty Dozen for Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver. Penn’s writing credits include X-Men: The Last Stand, Fantastic Four, and Elektra. Pic tells the story of a group of military criminals sent on a suicide mission to assassinate Nazi officers. No release date has yet been set.
