The Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu was shut down for more than two hours today after the driver of a red Ferrari Enzo lost control and totaled the $1 million car. The driver strangely fled.

The driver ran into the hills after the 6:15 a.m. crash and a passenger stayed behind. The engine was on the highway and the Ferrari wreckage was several hundred yards away in the west Malibu area near Decker Canyon. A three-hour foot and helicopter search failed to find the Ferrari driver.
