Michael Moore recently made a trip to Cuba with sick workers seeking free medical care as part of his new documentary on America’s health care industry, aptly dubbed Sicko. Apparently, the Treasury Department is investigating whether or not Moore’s trip violated restrictions on travel to the off-limits nation. On the filmmaker’s website, the film’s producer Meghan O’Hara called the action a “politically motivated investigation.” The pic will open at the Cannes Film Festival on May 19 and hits theaters stateside on June 29.
