It is now official, Buzz Patrol can confirm that Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo have split.

“Tony did dump Jessica,” said a source close to Tony. Apparently part of the reason for the break up was because she’s been upset over the Jennifer Aniston John Mayer fling and Tony just got got fed up with Jessica. She is just too much for him to handle and Tony have had enough of her according to a friend of Jessica Simpson.

The pair have broken up before and got back together. Whether they’ll get back again this time is anyone guess. it was just last month that Jessica and Tony were featured in a magazine spread with Jessica claiming she’s in love big time and dreams of being a footballer’s wife and he was seen ring shopping. Also in the new issue of Glamour she said that she wrote him a song called “Back in My Old Boots.”
