Filipino Prisoners Doing Time Gangnam Style Dance Vid Goes Viral

The inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines have just released their own version of ‘Gangnam Style’ which features nearly a 1,000 inmates strutting their stuff to the hit song in their bright red prison uniforms. It will come as no surprise to you that this imitation has also become an internet sensation!

This is the not the first time the Cebu inmates have got themselves some YouTube attention, back in 2007 they choreographed an amazing dance piece to Michael Jackson’s Thriller – which was viewed more than 50 million times!

The Cebu prison dance troupe performed the dance for visitors to the prison and it seemed to go down a treat. Now it seems internet users around the world can’t get enough of the clip and it is gathering YouTube views at the rate of knots!
