Courtney was seen out in Malibu this weekend wearing a 1920s see-through lace dress and looking shockingly pale and thin.
Last year she lost 52 pounds on a strict diet of shakes combined with minimal fish and vegetables.
It’s emotional this time…
She has been under huge strain since the disappearance of Kurt Cobain’s ashes and she felt suicidal after they were stolen from her home.
Apparently, she kept Kurt’s ashes in a pink bear-shaped handbag, hidden in a wardrobe at her home in Hollywood.
WTF???
She said last month: “I can’t believe anyone would take Kurt’s ashes from me. I find it disgusting and right now I’m suicidal. If I don’t get them back I don’t know what I’ll do.
“They were all I had left of him. Who has their husband’s ashes stolen?”
Sort yourself out, and put on some weight.
