Amy Winehouse bounced back from her recent health problems to perform at Nelson Mandela’s birhday concert in London’s Hyde Park on Friday evening and she also made a sensational plea for the release of her blonker of a husband Blake Fielder Civil, who was jailed for perverting the course of justice and GBH.
Wino substituted the words “Free Nelson Mandela” with “Free Blakey my fella.” during the finale Free Nelson Mandela song.
She also wore a heart shaped hair-clip spelling ‘Blake’ in her beehive.
After a nervous start, she managed to pull herself together and wooed the crowds with her powerful vocals. Performing three songs Rehab, Valerie and Free Nelson Mandela.
