Being from Las Vegas, this “look” is way too reminiscent of a Blackjack Dealer for my taste. And what is with these hot, hip, young girls trying to look so “mature”???

It is true and not quite typical for Rhianna. But she is still very young and her style feel will get polished with years:-) I think she generally has great style, just slipped a bit.
