Shocking news today from the world of celebrity melt-downs:Â
Owen Wilson, beloved goof and recent ex of Kate Hudson, has reportedly been hospitalized after attempting suicide by slashing his wrists and taking an overdose of pills.
Wilson is currently filming Tropic Thunder with Ben Stiller and Jack Black.
I don’t have anything snarky to say here, kids. This is just bad any way you look at it.

God, I hate to hear that. I love Owen Wilson. I think his type of low-key humor is tremendous.
Such a shame. I wish him health and healing.
Such a talented and funny guy. Good front he had. Hope he gets the help he needs.
It must be really tough at the top - dating all these beautiful women and having all that money. I think we should all thank our lucky stars that we are broke and are not under that sort of pressure…
owen is an awsome actor, it would be a shame to see him die over something so stupid…
it’s hard for everyone rich or not. when ur not happy ur not happy. u have a right to live, and in my opinion u have a right to die. owen wilson is a great actor and probably a great person also…he’s a big boy, he can choose what he wants to do.
DUH?? committing suicide is a big mistake! God gave you this Life for you to enjoy and not for you to end it up as soon as you want to?! only God knows when to take this Life that He gave you.. WE-people should be thankful for God loves each one of us! and taking your own life is not what God wants… know how to streghten your weaknesses and be brave to face all the obstacles.. GIVING UP your own life means of GIVING UP GOD… that’s it…
roe vs wade made it clear that we can do whatever we want with our bodies (and the ones inside us)… mainstream thought supports suicide. we’re all accidents anyway.. and of course believeing in God is like Believeing in santa clause.. life is a fluke at best. species come and go.. we make our own meaning and purpose because ultimately there is no purpose to existence.
why does everything that was just stated above rub us the wrong way inside? isnt it the truth?.. oh yeah, i forgot..the truth is there is no truth..
ive attempted suicide twice.. both times i found out that didnt want to die. why? like kilgor trout said “i was given a life not worth living, and an iron will to live it”
i think the answer is clear… darwin missed the point of his own will.
there is more to life than survival of the fittest, aka “survial of me me me me me me me”.
