A Little Bit of Coke Goes A Long Way
At least it does for Lindsay Lohan!
The actress, affectionately referred to as Roberta Downey Jr. around my watercooler, has apparently escaped felony drug charges AGAIN by having too small an amount of cocaine for felonious posession. This time, although her alcohol blood-level was between 0.12 and 0.13 percent, the amount of coke on her person was only 0.2 grams (it was 0.4 grams the last time she was arrested). But, since the law dictates that 0.5 grams or more is felony posession, Lohan has simply been charged with 7 misdemeanor accounts stemming from her drunk driving.
Lohan was quoted in Elle after her last stint in rehab as saying, “I was glad I went, because I needed to get away from everyone and I didn’t know how to do that. And I learned a lot there.”
It looks like she learned juuuust how much coke to hold.
