DMX is serious ill, not the he is sick kinda way, but we think he needs some psychiatric care.

The troubled rapper was arrested on Tuesday in Arizona for using a false identity to avoid paying hospital medical expenses.

Appearing in court on Thursday, DMX, real name Earl Simmons pleaded not guilty to a pair of felony theft charges.

So DMX ain’t all there, proof that he ain’t all there when he began to serenade reporters waiting outside the court house.

DMX sang, “If and when you ever fall down, get back up…Drop something, stop fretting, pick that … back up, stand for something or fall for everything, wait for the right pitch or miss with every swing.”

He’s due to appear in court again on August 12.
