Check out a much bigger pic here.
Take a look at this awesome infograph being bounced around the net at the moment which shows real life (what’s that?) spaceships drawn to scale against Star Trek’s infamous Starship Enterprise which totally warps all the others in size!!!
The wicked cool drawing was created by Invader Xan who writes for Supernova Condensate. According to his info-blurb Invader Xan is “a molecular astrophysicist and part-time alien invader. He spends his life looking at very small things on very large scales, and trying to better understand the chemistry of interstellar space.”
It is really fascinating to see all these iconic space shuttles drawn to scale like this. Personally, I would have thought that the International Space Station would have been a lot bigger comparatively speaking! This could present a bit of a problem if the Enterprise ever makes it through a wormhole in the television and needs to stop off there!
Hopefully the next time Invader Xan gets all spacey with his graphs, he’ll include the Millennium Falcon and the Death Star on the scale!
