Cheryl Cole is rumoured to be consulting with her legal team over the possibility of filing a lawsuit against Now Magazine and the So Solid Crew’s MC Harvey.
The Geordie starlet is reported to be furious over claims made in the magazine that the pair had a ‘relationship’ and were spending time together when Cheryl first split with Ashley Cole after his infidelities against her came to light. Harvey claims to have ‘proof’ of this ‘relationship’ – citing emails sent between the pair support his claims.
She initially denied the claims on Twitter, saying that Harvey must have been ‘smoking something’ if he believes there is any truth in his claims.
Harvey’s representatives said that Cole shouldn’t have publicly criticized him or the magazine and should have let the topic naturally blow-over.
However now that she is rumoured to be considering filing a lawsuit against them both, the story is not likely to be far from the headlines for quite some time!
