This Ukrainian man puts that Chinese guy to shame. Absolutely dominating him at over 8 inches taller I don’t understand why this guy didn’t come out sooner!

KIEV, Ukraine — A Ukrainian man is the tallest person in the world at 8 feet 5 inches tall, overshadowing a Chinese man who previously held the title, Guinness World Records said on Wednesday.

Leonid Stadnik, a 37-year-old former veterinarian, is 8 inches taller than the former titleholder, China’s Bao Xishun, who measured 7 feet 9 inches tall, Guinness spokeswoman Amarilis Espinoza said in London.

NBC’s Carson Daly has signed a contract for 2 more years of his late night talk show ‘Last Call’. This is great news because when ever I’m done watching Chris Furgeson I usually turn the channel to ‘Last Call’ for my final minutes of conscientiousness before I drift off into the wondrous land I call my dream world. So, from those 10-15 minutes I see of his show most night it’s really great.

Thanks to some sleuthing I have discovered the story of the giant Lego man from some comments on social network sites like Digg and Reddit. The only real info I got who it was made by and what it stands for. But not how it turned up in the sea.

Harry Potter French Translator Arrested
I suppose a “FRENCH TEEN PIRATE” got a little bored with his buddies online waiting for a French translation of the new Harry Potter book entitled Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and started translating it himself. He actually got about three chapters out before he was raided by the police. Apparently the anti-counterfeiting police found his masterpiece and alerted J.K.’s lawyer. There is no news on whether or not charges will be pressed but personally I think J.K. should be grateful people love her book enough to waste time translating it them selves.

Rush Hour 3
In Paris, chief inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) encounter the Chinese Triad crew. The unlikely cop duo continue their unique brand of crime-fighting and high-kicking comedy.

I really can’t wait to see Rush Hour 3, it looks like it is going to be just as funny as the previous two and just from the trailer I already recommend it. This movie will be in your local theater this Friday, Aug 10th and is rated PG-13. Look for out review of this movie Friday!

CBS’s summer game show ‘The Power of 10‘ premiers tonight and is really the deciding factor for many people if they are going to be watching the new ‘Price is Right’. How in the world are these two show related? Well Drew Carey will be hosting both of them and will really test how well Drew Carey can do as a game show host. Personally I think he will do pretty will with his years of experience on ‘Who’s Line is it Anyway?’, which was an amazing show by the way, and all the years working as an actor I’m sure some of that has stuck.

Bestweekever.tv has a hilarious vision of how the idea of National Treasure 2 was though up in their recent trailer mix. It starts off with a catchy quip about the Big Production Company’s brainstorming sessions:
