When it was first reported that Britney was paid a visit by Dr. Phil before checking out of Cedars-Sinai, a very different picture was painted than what is now being recounted. We were led to believe that it was an hour long heart-to-heart that ended by the good doctor escorting Britney hand in hand to her car. There were rumors swarming that Brit-Brit would reeord a tell-all for this show this week.

Not true. None of it. I thought it sounded a little too warm and fuzzy considering the subject.

Britney was released from the hospital this morning. Her dad visited her at home shortly after her arrival. After he departed, she was ready for an outing. So off she went in her white Mercedes. As she reached the gate, she suddenly realized that the paparazzi were there. Duh?

She is reportedly currently driving aimlessly around her neighborhood.

I don’t mean to sound like such a broken record, but this is just so sad. Just look at how vacant her eyes are. And she seems so all alone. Where is her family or supposed friends? Has she chased away everyone?

Just in from TMZ.com, Britney has been released from Cedars Sinai Hospital. She was said to have been on a 72 hour hold for safety from causing harm to herself or others. Well she lasted less than 30.

But here’s the best part, Dr. Phil paid a visit to Britney this morning and was seen accompanying Britney to her car as she checked out of the hospital. TMZ is reporting that Britney is rumored to be appearing on the Dr. Phil Show this week. Can you say ratings???

I know that I will be setting up my Tivo right now to record ALL of his upcoming shows.

Poor Britney Spears has completely lost her marbles and most likely her children after last night’s drama. It is actually really, really sad.

Apparently, K-Fed sent his bodyguard to pick up the boys and Britney locked herself in a room with Jayden. The drama ensued for a reported 3-4 hours with helicopters and paparazzi swarming her home. It ended with Britney being strapped to a gurney and hauled away in an ambulance for medical surveillance.

She is said to be “under the influence of an unknown substance.” It is pretty obvious just by seeing her in this pic that she is definitely on something.

Dr. Phil and wife Robin were quoted recently saying that Lynne Spears is a “great mom.” Really?

I can almost guarantee that if Lynne and her two outstanding daughters, Britney and Jamie Lynn, were guests on his show he would be telling them to “get real.” Or something like this….

“You need to grab hold of your daughters, drag them out of Hollywood, and get them back to their southern roots. You are the mom. It’s time you stepped up and acted like one. Take some responsibility lady.” (remember to put the Dr. Phil drawl emphasis on the quote, it becomes much more effective.)

I would like to start this with an apology or rather a very sympathetic sigh to those of you who ever supported Britney by purchasing her cds or concert tickets. It is with your support that she has turned into the raging lunatic we continue to watch take a nose dive into the paparazzi’s ever-present lense. You are the enablers. Without financial backing, this girl would not be even an inkling of the wreck she has become.

With that being said and me feeling so justified in my rant, I will step off my soapbox to bring you the newest Britney entertainment. And guess what it is free!

Jamie Lynn Spears confirmed to OK magazine that she is indeed preggers! The 16 year old Nickelodeon’s “Zoey 101″ star is 12 weeks along. The father is long time boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, whom she’s been with since high school (wait she’s only been in high school 2 years, right?)

I wonder how Nickelodeon is going to respond to this one. Jamie is supposed to be a role model for teens. I don’t think this is going to go over real well with them. Maybe she is protected by the FMLA?

And then there’s big sis Britney….should I even go there??? She must be proud.

Britney Spears failed to show to the court ordered deposition in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline today. Apparently, after waiting for Ms. Spears for an hour, they received a message that she would not be showing because she was “feeling under the weather.”

What is wrong with this poor girl? Your children’s custody is at stake. Get it together girl! Her behavior just boggles my mind. And whatever happened to her mom and sister? I thought they had a coming together a few months back. Why isn’t her mom there kicking her ass out of bed?
