Barack Obama released a special Rosh Hashanah message today to commemorate the Jewish New Year.

Happy New Year to all our Jewish readers!

I don’t know anything about the Jewish New Year, could someone enlighten me to what is it that you do during Rosh Hashanah.

You’ve all heard the audio of Barack Obama calling Kanye West a ‘Jackass’ for hijacking Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 Video Music Awards in New York City last Sunday night.

Barack Obama calls Kanye West a ‘jackass,’ But off the record

Barack Obama was giving an interview to CNBC on Monday. An ABC reporter said he overheard the president call Kanye West a “jackass” after hearing about the mic snatcher. The said remark was off the record, and was never broadcast.

The ABC reporter immediately Twittered the comment to his followers:

“Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a ‘jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”

LOL! don’t you just love social media?

Now Barack Obama is using his children as political statements?

The US president’s oldest daughter, Malia, was spotted wearing a T-shirt bearing the CND logo to visit the Colosseum in Rome with her mother Michelle yesterday.

The broken peace sign, the cross upside down was designed for the CND in 1958, is now widely used to signify peace and is also an international sign for anti-war protesters.

Should Malia be wearing that T-shirt?
