German auction house Breker has said that one of Apple’s very first computers, a functioning model from 1976 that has been dubbed an “Apple 1”, has been auctioned for a record 516,000 euros ($668,000).
Breker stated that the device was purchased on Saturday by an Asian client who requested that his name was not revealed to the media. The device, was built by infamous Apple founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in a family garage and Breker have said that it is one of only 6 known functioning models in the world. Continue Reading

Last week a small, but vocal group of protesters gathered outside the flagship Apple Store located on London’s prestigious Regent Street. It was not long before the group, armed with megaphones and placards, were moved on by authorities, however their protest did capture the attention of many of those in the bustling shopping area.

We’ve been hearing rumors about the iWatch for over a year now, and it looks like those rumors will soon be turning into a reality. While watch sales haven’t been doing so well over the years, what with cellphones being able to tell us the time instead, the iWatch is expected to do well – even better than the television Apple has been developing, which we will probably also see on the market by the year’s end.
This wearable, fashionable Apple product would have more functions than just telling you the time. It would inform you of the ID of incoming callers, it will have an installed GPS, it will include a pedometer to track how many steps you’ve taken, it will have sensors for monitoring health-related data, and much more. It is also likely we’ll see more than just one design of the iWatch as time goes on. On 24th February 2013, entrepreneurial genius and Apple maestro Steve Jobs would have turned 58. To commemorate his birthday, one dedicated fanboy decided to launch the new YouTube channel ‘Every Steve Jobs Video’ – which as the name suggests, features Jobs’ many video appearances.
The Channel creator claims that his collection is the largest archive of Steve Jobs videos that the internet has to offer and features the videos in chronological order. The first video features Jobs, who later became the king of the keynote, admitting his nerves as he appeared as a panel moderator on the quirky “Macintosh Software Dating Game” back in 1983.
