Well, according to a close friend of the Back to Black singer, he’s demanded £1($1.6) million to walk away from their ‘marriage’ and to keep quiet about the going-ons within the marriage..

Apparently not, when Amy Winehouse managed to escape out of the hospital to lay down some tracks and go drinking with friends.

Yesterday we reported that Blake failed a drug test, which basically blew his rehab break and landed him back in jail until 2010.

He then made a runner to his wife bedside and somehow persuaded her inner-circle to give him one hour alone with her on his final night of freedom.

So what did the junkie couple do with an hour to spare?

Amy Winehouse met her divorce lawyers yesterday to discuss a separation from soon to be ex hubby Blake Civil.

We’ve been hearing reports that Wino has asked her cabby father Mitch to get her lawyers to come to the clinic where she is currently having treatments, following a “seizure” to discuss possible divorce proceedings.

Blake and Wino had a phone bust-up on Tuesday which sparked Amy’s drink and drugs binge and with her ended up in a London clinic.

British TV presenter and camp funny man Graham Norton will slip into high heel shoes and frocks to take the lead role in La Cage Aux Folles at London’s Playhouse Theatre.

Norton will take to the stage on January 19, replacing the current lead, Douglas Hodge for a three months run.

The show is based on the 1973 French play by Jean Poiret. It is about a gay couple - Georges, the manager of a St Tropez nightclub featuring drag entertainment, and Albin, his star attraction - and the adventures that follow when Georges’ son Jean-Michel brings home his fiancee’s ultra-conservative parents to meet them.
