‘The Dark Knight’ As Seen By Cartoonist Hamish Steele

To celebrate the release of the Christopher Nolan’s eagerly awaited ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ in movie theaters around the world, cartoonist Hamish Steele decided to redesign our caped crime-fighter and some of his friends and foes in his own unique style.

It’s definitely an interesting take on Batman ensemble, with Bane looking more like a wrestler from WWF than a dastardly villain. Heath Ledger’s chaotic, anarchic joker might be more at home in the Rugrat’s movie than terrorizing the citizens of Gotham City and as for Mr Freeze, well he’ll be lucky if he can find employment with an air conditioning unit installation company because he certainly doesn’t look like he’ll succeed in super-villain land!
