Cannibal Run Comes To An End As Magnotta Is Arrested In Berlin!

Reports have emerged which confirm that amateur porn-star Luka Rocco Magnotta, 29, who is accused of murdering his lover, dismembering his body, eating parts of it and mailing other parts of it to Canadian politicians, has been arrested at an internet café in Berlin.

The man, who has been dubbed ‘Canadian Psycho’ by the European media, sent shock waves around the world with the brutal nature of his crime. It is alleged that Magnotta murdered his on-off lover Chinese student, Jun Lin, 32, with a pick axe, raped the corpse, ingested some of it and then sent a decomposing foot to the governing Conservative Party office in Ottawa. A hand from the body was also found at a postal depot.

Montreal police found a lot of blood in Magnotta’s apartment, on a mattress, on the floor and inside the refrigerator. A janitor found a torso, absent of limbs or a head concealed in a suitcase in an alleyway behind the building.

It is also alleged that Magnotta, who was an avid internet user and quite clearly on the hunt for notoriety, posted footage of his grisly crime online.

Once news of his crime emerged, Magnotta went on the run – the horrific nature of it prompted the biggest manhunt in Montreal’s history. Interpol issued a ‘red notice’ for Magnotta, which is the most serious type of warning.

He made it to France, where it is believed he then got a coach to Berlin where he was identified by the owner of an internet café he was in. Mr. Kadir Anlayisli recognized Magnotta and stepped outside of the café in the neighborhood of Neukoelln, where he signaled to a passing police van.

He got their attention and told them that there was someone inside the café that they were looking for! Witnesses from inside the café said that before he was arrested in the café, he was using the computers to read the news reports about himself.

Maybe he was also checking to see if his new found fame as violent killer had caused anyone to like the narcissistic picture he posted on Buzz Feed of his naked butt. According to BuzzFeed, he was the only one who had commented on it!!

What an absolute jerk, I mean I know they say any publicity is good publicity – but what kind of twisted individual wants to be globally recognized for necrophilia and cannibalism! Oh, and a kitten-killer, apparently the bi-sexual porn star also posted a YouTube clip of him massacring a little kitteh.

The police entered the café and asked Magnotta for his identification. He gave them a false name, (it is believed that he has 3 or more fake i.d’s) but the police noticed that he appeared nervous and pushed to see his passport. After a short while of trying to negotiate his way out of it, he realized the game was up and said, “You’ve got me” to the questioning officers.

A spokesman for Montreal police, Ian Lafreiniere expressed relief that Magnotta had been apprehended, he said: “He used the web to glorify himself, and it was the web that got him arrested.”
Canadian police have not ruled out the possibility that Magnotta has committed other crimes in the past and they are working on getting him extradited as soon as possible.

It is believed that Magnotta made it into France on the 26th May, but because of the bizarre and incredibly gruesome nature of his case it received a great deal of publicity and thousands of French citizens reported seeing the axe killer to the police. When French officials believed he had crossed the border into Germany, they tipped off the German authorities and Magnotta was arrested soon after. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper congratulated the French and German police for the arrest.

Magnotta’s twisted saga is just one of several gruesome tales of brutal murder and cannibalism that have dominated the international media at the moment. There was the ‘Causeway Cannibal’ Rudy Eugene who pulverized the face of homeless man Ronald Poppo with his teeth in a savage attack in Miami and Alexander Kinyua, the Maryland engineering student who murdered and dismembered his roommate before eating his heart and brains. These attacks, along with Magnotta’s have caused shock, disgust and fear as well as several references to ‘zombies’ and a ‘zombie-apocalypse’. On Friday ‘zombie apocalypse’ was Google’s third most searched keywords!
