Well, its finally over!!!
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody battle has finally been resolved…
According to reports from US magazines, Kevin Federline has been awarded full custody of their two boys Jayden James 1 1/2 and Sean Preston 2 1/2 with Britney receiving visitation rights.
Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan says:
“Kevin was not out to get custody. Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent. He said I need to have Britney involved in the co-parenting of the kids but I need there to be a structure. The case has been settled but the court still has to approve it.”
“It was a victory for the whole family that they don’t have to go to a trial,” she said. “I think they figured out a way to work together, to co-parent and make sure their kids will benefit from the result of that.”
“While I can’t tell you the terms of the [settlement], it does anticipate what happens if the conservatorship is extended. Devil is always in the details and this is a very detailed deal memo. Nobody can predict what the future will bring but to the extent possible, I think we have really anticipated how to proceed.”
Britney is now currently under the legal conservatorship of her father Jamie, who has control over her entire estate and financial accounts.
It sucks to be trainwreck Britney at the moment.
