Barack Obama was giving an interview to CNBC on Monday. An ABC reporter said he overheard the president call Kanye West a “jackass” after hearing about the mic snatcher. The said remark was off the record, and was never broadcast.
The ABC reporter immediately Twittered the comment to his followers:
“Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a ‘jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”
