Michael Jackson’s three children Michael Jr, Paris, and Prince will not be going to Buckley School in LA as reported last month, but instead the kids will be home schooled by the same tutors they had under Michael Jackson’s supervision while he was alive.
The Jackson family is reportedly trying to recreate a “normal” school environment at their Encino home by building a school yard, complete with a volleyball court, so the kids can take part in P.E. time. They will also get to go on field trips and have a designated “lunch hour” in between classes.
Sounds like paradise.
But is it fair to the children to not have any real friends their own age??

But are you Michael Jackson’s child? Were people saying that your dad was a pedophile? Were people talking about who might be your real dad? Were people calling your dad Wacko Jacko?
I doubt any of us went to school facing these circumstances. I doubt even other celebrity kids did. So let’s not be harsh on Katherine’s decision. It’s the best she could take. These kids are very smart, educated and well-mannered. FYI, they do have friends and they also have many cousins. They are normal kids and, right now, they need to be home schooled in order to have a normal life. Because going to school would never work for Michael Jackson’s children, we all know that.
I agree with home school for Michael, Paris and Prince. Michael had obviously discussed this with the children as they grew older and they probably want ed to continue with a private tutor, they will learn more.
Also, they would be hounded to death in public or private school. Let them go to college when they are 18 and can better take care of themselves.
I applaud his mom for continuing with his wishes.
