Michael Phelps was involved in a three car accident in Baltimore a couple of days ago, though the Olympic gold medalist was not at fault, he was not completely clean either.
According to the New York Post, Phelps was ticketed for driving with an expired license and he dmitted to the police he had a beer an hour prior to an accident, though he wasn’t given a breathalyzer on the scene.
The 24 year-old swimmer will have to appear before a judge for his out-of-state license, though no date has been set so far.
