Here’s a pic of Madonna leaving a London restaurant with fuck buddy Jesus Luz on Sunday night.

Perhaps she needs to rethink her fitness sessions, cos those arms weren’t great to look at.

At the moment, Madge is using the same personal trainer as her bestest buddy Gwyneth Paltrow.
