Hohan made an appearance at the Millions of Milkshakes on Thursday to make a milkshake, she then named the shake after her for the cameras.
“The Lindsay Lohan Shake” as she called it was made from vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirls with Oreo cookie.
Sad thing was, no one would’ve known she was at the milkshake shack if she hadn’t tipped the paps herself.
How sad and desperate.
