The details of Michael Jackson’s autopsy have been leaked Online, showing the King of Pop was in a horrifying state before his death.

According to The Sun, the 5ft 10in singer was “severely emaciated” and weighed only 8st 1oz when he died resulting from eating only one meal aday for years, while his stomach was empty apart from partially-dissolved painkillers that have been sent for tests.
Jackson was said to have been wearing a wig at the time he died and had virtually lost almost all his hair, with only a “peach fuzz” covering his scalp.
Michael’s hips, thighs and shoulders were covered in needle wounds from his three times a day injections of narcotic painkillers.
Poor Michael, why didn’t anyone stepped up to help?
A source close to the Jackson family said: “Michael’s family and fans will be horrified when they realise the appalling state he was in.
He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out and had been eating nothing but pills when he died. Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he’d been in terminal decline for years.
His doctors and the hangers-on stood by as he self-destructed. Somebody is going to have to pay.”
The autopsy also found that Michael had suffered several broken ribs from rescuers attempting to pump his chest. Four needle entry sites were found above or near to Michael’s heart following failed attempts to restart the singer’s heart with adrenaline.
And there were bruising’s on Michael’s knees, on the fronts of both his shins as well as several cuts on his back.
It has been reported that Jackson’s family had insisted on a second autopsy, which was carried out at a secret location in LA on Saturday.
It seems to us the people surrounding the King of Pop cared more for the money he generated than Michael himself.

I find it hard to believe that he was bald. First of all, his brothers who are older than him and even his father still have lots of hair. Secondly, I think he would have had hair restoration or implants if he did have a problem. I must admit there is a possibility he wears a wig, but more likely his own hair straightened plus hair extensions. It’s no surprise that he had multiple cosmetic surgeries.
It is possible that his ribs were broken when CPR was performed but not likely to have injection shots straight to the heart wow, (that’s TV) in real life epinephrine is given via IV or racemic epinephrine by inhalation.
It’s possible that he may have developed skin cancer since he doesn’t have any melanin pigmentation to protect him. He does look emaciated, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was.
Bruising on knees and legs may indicate a fall but why cuts on the back? That’s kind of mysterious.
