Michael Jackson’s ex wife Debbie Rowe, who is the biological mother of Prince Michael and Paris can gain custody of them if she chooses, according to her former attorney.
At the moment, all of Jackson’s children are in the care of his mum Katherine, so it’s logical that she would be a guardian for the kids. But that might not be the case..since the choice is not up to her.
Jackson family attorney Brian Oxman said: “Katherine is the logical choice – she has all the grandkids and nieces around her but it will be up to the courts. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more proceedings regarding the children.”
